Key Check Out & Return Policy
AUSSIE SMOKE ALARMS understands & respects the importance of property keys & the handling
of the keys whilst in the care of an AUSSIE SMOKE ALARMS technician.
AUSSIE SMOKE ALARMS will check out & return keys in accordance with each individual Property
Management Teams procedure.
In
addition, AUSSIE SMOKE ALARMS will perform as a Standard Operating
Procedure the following;
Key Check Out & Return Procedure
STEP 1:
Assemble each key set on the reception bench top, in an order showing clearly
the tagged key ID number.
STEP 2:
Position a business card of the Property Manager or Receptionist who is
assigning the keys to the AUSSIE SMOKE ALARMS technician so that the keys
& card are clearly in the same frame.
If no business card is available, a blank business card or ‘post it
note” with the hand written name will be sufficient.
STEP 3:
The AUSSIE
SMOKE ALARMS technician will use their
mobile phone to take & record a photo of the keys & card. This will show a time
& date consistent with the event.
REPEAT THESE 3 STEPS ON THE RETURN OF THE KEYS
Both photographs will be downloaded, saved & a printed copy will be
filed at the AUSSIE SMOKE ALARMS office with the individual job.
